In the north of Bonn lies this architecturally and extremely modern residential complex. As the winner of the NRW state competition, construction was supported by the responsible state ministry. Its first occupation took place in the summer of 2016.
You can access the 7-hectare nature reserve Düne within walking distance, an 11,000 year old relic from the end of the last ice age with a high recreational value.
The seven individual houses, each with approx. 30 residents offer 78 furnished apartments (pantry kitchen, wardrobe, shelf, desk, chair, bed frame including slatted frame - without mattress -, blinds) and 133 furnished single rooms in shared flats (wardrobe, shelf, desk, chair, bed frame including slatted frame - without mattress -, blinds, communal kitchen including table and chairs) are available.
All apartments have an internet connection and most have access to a balcony. Washing machines and dryers can be shared.
There is a sports facility in the inner courtyard and a limited number of parking spaces. They can be rented on request.
