This dormitory is conveniently located close to the scientific institutes of the University of Bonn in the Endenich district at the protected landscape area Meßdorfer Feld. The Meßdorfer Feld is excellent for jogging and walking.

The main university building and the city centre can be reached by bus in less than ten minutes. The night bus line also guarantees a trip home at night.

The dormitory was built in 1974 and expanded in 1995. It offers 102 apartments, 31 single rooms in residential groups and 12 double apartments. The residential groups feature modern kitchens and bathrooms.

The apartments and single rooms are fully furnished and equipped with connections for cable TV and internet.

Sufficient parking spaces are available in the parking facility. The building's basement also offers enough bicycle parking spaces.
