This dormitory is located in the Tannenbusch district in the immediate vicinity of a shopping centre. It is very well connected to the city centre of Bonn by public transport. The main university building can e.g. be reached in just eight minutes by underground.

The nine-storey building was completed in 1978 and features 564 residential units, some of which are apartments. The single rooms are grouped into groups of five. Spacious eat-in kitchens are available to the living groups. Wheelchair users can expect 20 apartments adapted to the needs of the disabled.

All accommodation units are fully furnished and equipped with cable TV and internet connections.

There are sufficient parking spaces for cars and bicycles in the basement.
