The dormitory was completely renovated in 2011 and set in the heart of Bonn's old town in a quiet location. The next train stop (line 61) is only a few minutes away and from there it's only a few minutes to the city centre, which is easily accessible on foot or by bike. There are some shopping possibilities in the immediate vicinity of the dormitory.

All apartments are fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, shelf) and feature modern sanitary facilities as well as cable TV and internet.

There are no parking spaces (and only few public parking possibilities).
