The Karlrobert-Kreiten-Straße is located in the middle of Poppelsdorf next to the Poppelsdorf Palace and the scientific institutes. From the bus stop, many bus lines run to the city centre in seven minutes. These buses are also available at night.

The three-storey residential building was completed in 1995. 80 residential units are available here, including 40 apartments, 25 single rooms and 16 maisonettes in small groups with kitchens and sanitary facilities.

The apartments are offered with or without furniture. Internet connections are available.

Parking spaces are available in the underground car park. Bicycles can be parked in the basement.
