Social interactions are full of surprises and uncertainties: What should I say? How do I come across to the other person? How can I be authentic?

In our short workshop, we want to create a safe space for you and the other participants that encourages creativity. Because in laughing, failing and surprising each other, we see the potential to experience a strengthening togetherness.

We use techniques and principles from improvisational theatre, because they combine humour with mutual support: the focus is on accepting the ideas and impulses of others without overstepping your own boundaries. We look forward to seeing you! :)
