The student residence Bismarckstraße is located in Bonn's Südstadt and just a ten-minute walk to the Juridicum or the main university building. It is even faster with the tram.

The building was erected at the turn of the century and used as a tax office. after the war. In 1981, it was redesigned to serve as student accommodation with 55 units. There are 46 single rooms, eight large apartments without furniture (for up to two people) and one apartment for one person available. Sanitary rooms are sufficiently available.

All housing units are furnished. Internet connections are available.
