Be kind to yourself

How to stay productive during your studies without losing sight of yourself

Stress, pressure to perform, high expectations and comparing yourself to others are part of everyday student life for many. And often, nobody is as hard on us as we are on ourselves.

In this interactive 90-minute workshop, you’ll learn what self-compassion really means – and why it can make you not less ambitious, but stronger and more resilient in the long run. Through short reflections, practical exercises and group discussions, you’ll discover how to deal more constructively with pressure, mistakes and self-doubt, without losing sight of your goals.

What you’ll take away:

  • a new perspective on self-compassion as a genuine strength
  • simple exercises for stressful study and exam periods
  • practical ideas for treating yourself more kindly
  • time for discussion, reflection and new perspectives
